Year 1 – making bread
In Year 1 we had a fantastic Design and Technology day. We tasted fruit and bread and decided which one we wanted to add to our own bread. We then learnt how to use a knife safely, using the bridge and claw techniques. We then tasted our bread, it was yummy!
