Trekkers explore families and Autumn
Trekkers have been exploring the theme of families. We’ve talked about our homes and the actied out family roles using the different places around our room as a ‘stage’ and building houses for our families. Through this, we’ve been discovering what important features homes need.
We’ve also been discovering the season of autumn! The children explored colourful leaves and even turned it into a dinosaur adventure. They hid dinosaurs among the leaves and learned a new word—camouflage! To make it even more exciting, the Trekkers took their own photos of the dinosaurs hiding in the leaves.
