Social Moral Spiritual And Cultural Aspects Of Learing

We continue to take pride in ensuring Social Moral Spiritual and Cultural (SMSC) aspects of learning underpin learning experiences. School continues to include more PSHE, Citizenship and Sex and Relationships Education (SRE) in the curriculum.

We are evidencing our SMSC work through photographic display around school and pupils are very proud to see their achievements.

Our Forest school ethos is based on a fundamental respect for children and young people and for their capacity to instigate, test and maintain curiosity in the world around them. It aims to build a resilience that will enable continued and creative engagement with their peers and their potential. Pupils are chosen for targeted skills acquisition, for example, the need for communication skills improvement, interpersonal skills improvement, etc
